Refund policy

You have 60 days to give us a head's up if you want to return your sproos! product purchased through our website. We'll need a proof of purchase to start a return. Please reach out to us at hello@sproos.co. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund is approved. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. 

For our international peeps - we do not accept returns or exchanges given the cost of shipping and duties. Thank you for your understanding!
