One-Year Limited Warranty

Plum DIY Inc. (“sproos!”)  warrants each shower system to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions of normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Sproos! may require proof of purchase to determine whether a claim falls within the warranty period.

To report any product issues and to open a claim under warranty, contact sproos! at hello@sproos.co. Sproos! will reach out to you to attempt to help resolve the issue.

If a defect covered by this warranty arises, sproos’ obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at sproos’ option, provided that such products were used in accordance with the instructions. Replacement may be of the same or similar product at sproos’ discretion and based on availability. Sproos! reserves the right to inspect the product to confirm that the issue is covered by this warranty.

In the case that sproos! requests the defective product back, we will provide a return shipping label free of charge. Replacement parts will also ship free of charge to the consumers.

This warranty does NOT apply to:

1) Damage or loss that occurs during shipment

2) Damage, loss, or injury resulting from negligent or improper use or failure to follow instructions

3) Damage, loss, or injury resulting from modification of the product;

4) Damage, loss, or injury to person or property, including, but not limited to, claimed damages that are incidental or consequential in nature

THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY SPROOS!. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO THE PURCHASER. SPROOS! SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE PURCHASER OR A THIRD PARTY, OR FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSE NOT SPECIFICALLY STATED ABOVE. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
