Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days for both Ground and Free Shipping options. We’ll hand your package off to the carrier within 2 business days of your order.
For Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air, orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends ship the next available business day.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email to follow its journey.

Ground Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–7 business days.

Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air: Arrives within 1–2 business days, depending on your selection.
Please note: Fulfillment time (when your order leaves our warehouse) is separate from carrier transit time (how long it takes to deliver).
International Shipping
Stress-free international shipping: All import duties and taxes visible upfront so you can shop with confidence
International orders (outside of the USA) are not eligible for our free shipping promotions.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information the day your order is fulfilled and shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment. If you don’t see your tracking email, check your spam or promotions folder. Sometimes it hides there.
My order hasn’t moved or arrived. What should I do?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 72 hours or your package seems delayed. Please reach out to hello@sproos.co and we’ll investigate.
